Hundred 4 Harper
100 km Challenge
In honor of Harper's legacy and all those affected by DIPG, join us for a 100 km challenge.

Hundred 4 Harper is a team, timed event consisting a Street Run and Gym Effort at Chocolate Box Training.
​
We welcome everyone from all fitness levels as the challenge is about pushing yourself in honour of Harper's legacy and all children faced with DIPG.
​
Compete in the "Ultimate Heroes" elite division in teams of 4 or join the "Everyday Heroes" enthusiast division in teams of 8. To accomodate all teams, the event will be broken into TWO sessions. Teams will be allocated into either Session One or Session Two. The allocation will be made prior to the event to allow for logistics and travel plans to be made by participants.
Street Run
Elite Division -9 km or
Enthusiast Division - 4.5 km

36 km
The Street Run will be either a 9 km (elite) or
4.5 km (enthusiast) run on a course mapped out around Chocolate Box Training Gym, Cromer.

Participants will be released in waves, spread 2 minutes apart. One team member from each team will be in each wave. The team's total run time will be noted once all team members have completed the run.
​
Once all team members have completed the run, the Gym Effort commences.

Gym Effort
34 km Cycle, 15 km Row & 15 km Ski
Collective team total = 60 km
At Chocolate Box Training Gym in Cromer. Each team will complete a total of 34 km on the bike, 15 km on the row and 15 km on the skiErg.
In the Elite Division, teams will start on a bike. Once they have reached the halfway point on the bike (17 km) they will then be able to start the rower. Once they have reached the halfway point on the rower (7.5 km) they will then be able to start the ski erg. Once a team completes the allocated time on all three machine 30 km bike, 15 km row, 15 km ski erg their total time will be documented.
Participants are allowed to swap between machines as many and as often as they want.

The team's time will be noted once all machines are completed.

In the Enthusiast Division, teams may start on any piece of equipment and may swap between machines as they please in order to complete the 34km cycle, 15km row and 15km skiErg.

The team's time will be noted when the 60 km is completed.
Estimated exercise time: 2 hours
On the day...
Registration opens at 7am at Chocolate Box Training Gym in Cromer. Session One teams need to be onsite and ready for a briefing at 7:30am. Session Two teams need to be onsite and ready for a briefing at 9:30am.

Session One Street Run will begin at 8am and lead directly into the Gym Session. Session Two Street Run will begin at approximately 10am and lead into the Gym Session.
At the conclusion of the event, join us for some drinks, food, awards and prizes.
Prizes and bragging rights will be up for grabs!
The winning team from the Elite Division will also go home with an engraved trophy that will remain at their gym until the following year.
Hundred 4 Harper is an all inclusive event and we welcome everyone from all fitness levels as the day is about pushing yourself in honour of Harper's legacy and all children faced with DIPG.
